Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own performance marketing for one of its core apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize performance marketing channels to drive business impact
• Shape the channel and creative testing roadmap for user acquisition growth
• Conduct performance deep dives and lead campaign optimization recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns on at least two Paid Social channels
• Experience in developing and evaluating high-velocity creative testing on paid social
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of direct-response KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Ability to navigate business intelligence tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau
