• Build and manage high-quality campaign briefs and monitor campaign performance

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or demand generation
• Proven success in managing and scaling acquisition channels and paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of growth metrics like LTV/CAC and funnel optimization
• Experience in designing and executing structured growth experiments
• Ability to work cross-functionally and independently with high accountability
