Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the content creation and distribution calendar across various channels
• Oversee influencer programs and manage community engagement to enhance trust and conversion
• Coordinate with agencies and freelancers for content production and maintain message consistency across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in owned/earned channels, preferably in marketplace or consumer services
• Proven experience working with agencies and freelancers, including writing briefs and managing budgets
• Hands-on experience with GenAI content tools and editorial review workflows
• Strong analytical skills, including experience with UTMs and funnel analysis
• Experience sourcing and evaluating influencers, with knowledge of brand-safety reviews
