Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid TikTok & Creative Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and creative strategy for paid TikTok campaigns, including media buying and creative ideation
- Manage the testing roadmap for landing pages to improve conversion rates across paid channels
- Build and support creator partnerships to enhance content and whitelisting activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2C growth/performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing TikTok campaigns
- Proven experience with A/B testing in landing page optimization
- Ability to manage a creative testing roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
