• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns while managing ABM programs targeting priority accounts
• Design and test creative growth loops and run rapid experiments to drive scalable adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in a B2B fintech or financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with paid media and ABM programs
• Familiarity with crypto infrastructure, payments, or capital markets
• Experience collaborating closely with sales and revenue teams
