Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Self-Service Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase visits, conversions, and revenue for the eStore
• Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns to drive qualified traffic
• Implement A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing with proven eCommerce experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with paid media channels and conversion optimization
• Experience implementing A/B testing and multivariate experiments
