Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage an outbound marketing engine to consistently generate meetings for Sales
• Design and run A/B tests on cold email messaging and optimize inbound lead quality
• Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to enhance prospect lists and improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue-focused marketing
• Proven copywriting skills with a focus on effective messaging
• Strong operational and analytical skills with experience managing systems end to end
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, and agencies
• A growth-hacking mindset with a focus on experimentation and continuous improvement
