Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Growth Marketing, Web + Mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated acquisition strategies across web and mobile ecosystems
• Own performance marketing channels and optimize full-funnel acquisition campaigns
• Manage acquisition reporting, budget pacing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition across web and mobile
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and additional growth channels
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and funnel optimization
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets with a focus on CAC and ROAS targets
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and familiarity with mobile attribution frameworks
