Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy for generating inbound SQLs through various channels and campaigns
• Design and execute campaigns across paid, email, and content while driving website conversion
• Own the performance dashboard and report on campaign effectiveness to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Acquisition, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning pipeline outcomes and driving SQL growth
• Fluency with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows
• Strong skills in designing experiments and analyzing results for continuous improvement
• Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4 or Mixpanel for dashboard creation and data interpretation
