Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale their eCommerce acquisition and conversion engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-funnel performance marketing across Google Ads, SEO, CRO, and Meta ads
• Audit and optimize landing and product pages to enhance conversion rates
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests while reporting on key growth metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing ad spend of $100K+/month with proven campaign results
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush
• Hands-on experience in building and scaling eCommerce campaigns
• Direct experience in multi-SKU eCommerce or marketplace businesses
• Ability to report growth metrics tied to revenue and profit
