A company is looking for a Growth Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager - Home Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead the social selling strategy for the Home Lending division to enhance lead generation
• Consult with Loan Originators to build personal brands and optimize their social media presence
• Develop strategies for physical and digital brand presence, including events and educational campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Brand Strategy, preferably in Financial Services or Real Estate
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, CRM integration, and digital marketing analytics
• Proven ability to mentor sales professionals in building a compliant digital brand
• Comfortable using market research and consumer insights for strategic decision-making
• Exceptional public speaking and executive-level writing skills
