Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive annual recurring revenue through enterprise account campaigns and product-led growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale the product-led growth motion around the Test Drive program to enhance user acquisition and conversion
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing programs to engage and convert prospects within the Named Account Model
- Analyze performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and optimize marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation
- Experience running product-led growth programs alongside traditional enterprise campaign execution
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise B2B Growth and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- High data fluency with experience in marketing analytics tools and multi-touch attribution models
- Demonstrated use of AI and automation in marketing workflows
