Job Summary
A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, CRO & Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the website experience to enhance messaging, navigation, and conversion rates
- Analyze visitor-to-signup and visitor-to-demo conversion rates, identifying friction points and implementing improvements
- Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs focused on lead nurturing, onboarding, and activation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a focus on CRO and lifecycle programs
- Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with A/B testing tools and a structured experimentation approach
- Proficiency with analytics platforms like GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
