Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners in Brazil
• Build and manage high-impact social media pages tailored to the Brazilian audience
• Implement strategies to drive traffic and optimize conversion funnels for revenue generation

Required Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
• Proven track record in Business Development and Sales in the FX/CFD industry in Brazil
• Experience in Social Media Management and digital content creation
• Strong understanding of building digital influence and driving sales
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial and tech market requirements
