Job Summary
Managing a 7-figure marketing budget, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will oversee the paid social strategy, running campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, conducting data analysis, and collaborating with the creative team to enhance customer acquisition efforts both in-office and remotely from select states.
Key responsibilities
- Set and manage ambitious KPIs across the Meta ecosystem while overseeing the marketing budget
- Create and execute a robust testing strategy for existing and new marketing channels
- Collaborate with the creative team to launch and test customer-centric ad formats and landing pages
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing
- Background in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook; familiarity with other digital channels is a plus
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products
- Strong ability to synthesize data insights for stakeholders and executive leadership
