Job Summary
Managing a 7-figure marketing budget, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will oversee the paid social strategy, drive customer acquisition through data analysis and creative testing, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance, with a preference for candidates based in New York working onsite two days a week or remote in select states.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize a 7-figure marketing budget while setting and achieving ambitious KPIs across the Meta ecosystem
- Create and implement a robust testing strategy for existing and new channels, including customer-centric creative tests
- Analyze campaign performance data and maintain weekly reporting dashboards to understand and improve lead quality
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2C performance marketing, specifically in digital marketing with a focus on Facebook
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products
- Strong ability to synthesize learnings and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership
- Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
