Job Summary
To drive user acquisition among high-value target accounts, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and execute an end-to-end Account-Based Marketing strategy, collaborate with Sales, and manage personalized multi-touch campaigns across various channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the Account-Based Marketing strategy to target high-value accounts
- Partner with Sales to define the Ideal Customer Profile and build tiered target account lists
- Design and launch personalized user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing or user acquisition, with 2+ years in Account-Based Marketing
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and complex sales cycles
- Hands-on expertise in executing paid B2B campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Proven track record of aligning marketing initiatives with sales teams
