Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager opportunity responsible for leading a cross-functional team to develop and execute strategic growth plans for a portfolio of clients in the direct response and information marketing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for client marketing initiatives, including offer positioning, funnel strategy, and KPIs
• Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, copywriters, and project managers, ensuring alignment with client goals
• Conduct performance reviews and lead client calls with actionable insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in direct response or performance marketing
• Proven experience managing a team and driving client outcomes
• Strong understanding of offer strategy and positioning in the info/coaching space
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting messaging as needed
• Experience working in asynchronous environments and utilizing AI tools for strategic purposes
