Job Summary

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Growth Marketing Manager, responsible for owning demand generation campaigns, optimizing marketing automation strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end demand generation campaigns from planning to performance reporting
  • Serve as the primary executor for Pardot, managing emails, landing pages, and lead nurturing
  • Track and optimize lead conversion metrics across the marketing funnel
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of B2B or growth marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot
  • Deep familiarity with marketing funnel metrics and lead lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable recommendations
