Job Summary
To accelerate growth within the SMB eCommerce business, the full-time temporary Growth Marketing Manager will optimize monetization journeys through product-led growth strategies and AI-powered execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and optimize the SMB eCommerce growth funnel from acquisition to expansion
- Design and execute rapid experimentation programs across various customer touchpoints
- Analyze experiment results and funnel performance to generate actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing in SaaS or eCommerce
- Demonstrated experience running structured experimentation programs, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage behavioral data for decision-making
- Experience with product-led growth principles and lifecycle marketing strategies
