Job Summary

Driving user growth and engagement, the remote Growth Marketing Manager will execute digital marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a contractor role.

Key responsibilities

• Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across social media platforms
• Produce performance-driven social media content and monitor industry trends
• Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns, managing relationships with KOLs and influencers

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of growth marketing experience in a Web3/blockchain company
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Successful track record of scaling user growth on platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram
• Familiarity with performance marketing and digital analytics tools
• Strong project management and collaboration skills across global teams
