Job Summary
Driving integrated, multi-channel campaigns, the full-time Strategic Growth Marketing Manager will lead targeted, data-driven initiatives to generate leads and accelerate funnel inflow while collaborating with sales teams to optimize performance and customer messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns that drive engagement and qualified leads
- Translate complex product information into compelling customer-centric messaging across priority vertical markets
- Analyze audience behavior and collaborate with sales teams to respond effectively to buyer intent
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation and campaign strategy
- Proven track record of connecting marketing activity to measurable outcomes, such as qualified leads
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
