Job Summary
Driving demand generation and pipeline growth, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will own integrated campaigns and account-based programs while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution, building integrated campaigns to generate qualified pipeline
- Design and run account-based marketing programs targeting priority hospitals and health systems in partnership with Sales
- Plan, build, and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive measurable awareness and demand
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing
- Demonstrated track record of generating qualified pipeline and marketing-influenced revenue
- Hands-on expertise with CRM software and Marketing Automation, preferably Salesforce and Pardot
- Experience in Healthcare preferred, particularly in Healthcare Technology or Supply Chain
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA preferred
