Job Summary
Owning demand generation across digital channels, the full-time salaried Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute multi-channel programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers, manage paid media strategies, and report on pipeline metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute demand generation programs across various digital channels to create a measurable pipeline
- Manage paid media strategy and execution, including budget allocation and performance tracking against pipeline targets
- Oversee marketing automation processes in HubSpot, ensuring effective lead lifecycle management and reporting dashboards
Required qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise technology setting
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and reporting on revenue impact
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, with admin-level expertise preferred
- Strong skills in digital advertising, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns and data-driven analysis
