Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services in New York, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize audience targeting and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to engage clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, supporting overall organizational growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or a related role
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth marketing preferred
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
