Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing initiatives and collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
