Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing efforts, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing strategies and business development efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, preferably with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
