Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives while leveraging digital marketing expertise to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and drive inquiries
• Strengthen relationships with referral partners and healthcare providers through targeted marketing initiatives and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
