Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth for behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices
