Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for increasing inquiries, referrals, and admissions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
