Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and access to behavioral health services, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, engage both consumers and referral partners, and analyze performance metrics while working remotely from NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand awareness
• Strengthen B2B marketing efforts to build relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS marketing, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven track record in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems
