Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, while leveraging digital marketing expertise to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen referral networks and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
