Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to work full-time remotely from NY, MA, or RI, this role will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, drive B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and client engagement in the behavioral health sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing strategies to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve campaign effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
