Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance metrics, and enhance both B2C and B2B marketing strategies while working remotely from NY, MA, or RI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and conversion rates
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing efforts for increased visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare or SaaS experience, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
