Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To support pipeline growth for a global payroll, EOR, and HCM platform, the remote Growth Marketing Manager will execute demand generation, digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with Sales and Leadership to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth
• Manage content marketing initiatives across digital channels and maintain a content calendar
• Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and monitor website performance

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments with a focus on lead generation and revenue-driven marketing
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
• Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics, such as Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing performance data and metrics
