Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral healthcare services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen referral partnerships and grow the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and drive inquiries
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to support growth initiatives and expand referral networks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
