Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting SEO and content marketing efforts for improved visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Demonstrated success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion funnels
