Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for expanding awareness and engagement of behavioral health services through B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, while leveraging digital marketing expertise to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and trust
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen relationships with referral partners and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing budgets
