Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement for behavioral health services in New York, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in behavioral health services
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing strategies and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS, with a focus on behavioral health or telehealth marketing preferred
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
