Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement for behavioral health services across both B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting SEO and content marketing efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and utilizing data for marketing decisions
