Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services in New York, Massachusetts, or Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to optimize performance and ROI
• Create and execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and enhance brand trust in virtual behavioral healthcare
• Strengthen B2B relationships with referral partners through targeted marketing strategies and materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Healthcare/SaaS experience, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
