Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote opportunity focuses on expanding awareness and access to behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies, leveraging digital campaigns and data analysis to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Create and execute marketing initiatives aimed at engaging prospective clients and strengthening referral partner relationships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and enhance brand awareness and trust in virtual behavioral healthcare services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS marketing, preferably in behavioral health or telehealth
• Proven ability to develop and execute both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
