Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement in behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to enhance brand awareness and increase inquiries
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to strengthen referral networks and support growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing decisions
