Job Summary

To expand awareness and engagement for behavioral health services, the full-time remote Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive both B2C and B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for audience targeting and ROI
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO and content marketing efforts for increased visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive marketing decisions
