Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will focus on expanding awareness and engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B marketing strategies while leveraging digital platforms to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and audience targeting
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or telehealth
• Proven success in developing and executing B2C and B2B marketing strategies
