Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, this full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen referral partnerships to expand access to behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute B2C marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and increase inquiries and referrals for behavioral health services
• Create B2B marketing strategies to strengthen relationships with referral partners and enhance organizational visibility within the healthcare community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, particularly in the behavioral health sector
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive marketing decisions
