Growth Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager, the full-time remote position will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement for behavioral health services across both B2C and B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, optimizing performance and lead generation
• Execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen relationships with referral partners
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for both client engagement and referral growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, or related roles
• Experience in healthcare/SaaS, particularly in behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies and building referral networks
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
