Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, this role will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and client engagement for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Execute B2C marketing campaigns to engage prospective clients and drive growth in inquiries and referrals
• Strengthen B2B marketing initiatives to enhance relationships with referral partners and increase organizational visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries, with a preference for behavioral health or telehealth marketing
• Proven success in developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions
