Job Summary

Seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive client engagement for behavioral health services through innovative B2C and B2B strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and audience targeting
• Create and execute marketing initiatives to engage prospective clients and strengthen referral partnerships
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and improve strategies for client acquisition and retention

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Proven success in developing B2C and B2B marketing strategies, particularly in behavioral health
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven marketing decisions
