Job Summary

Seeking a strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager for a full-time remote position in NY, MA, or RI, who will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive growth in both B2C and B2B markets for behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI
• Create and execute marketing strategies targeting prospective clients and referral partners to increase inquiries and admissions
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in engagement and visibility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
• Strong background in both B2C and B2B marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms
• Proven ability to build referral networks and generate qualified leads
